Sensing belonging and building from creative potential born in presence

Kyle Freeman is an artist, a mystic working fluently in seen and unseen realms. Currently she lives in Portugal and NYC. Kyle has two decades of experience refining her intuitive skills and developing an in-depth understanding of both the built environment and the individual's physical, psychological, and spiritual relationship to their body and their environment. She guides her clients in weaving spirit and persona to create worlds made from the vibrancy of their full being.

Kyle attended Architecture school at Tulane University in New Orleans and Cooper Union in NYC. After four years working in the field she left in search of a deeper felt-sense and metaphysical understanding of space, architecture and its creative capacity for healing.

Her movement studies have ranged from Kundalini, Ashtanga, Nei Gung, Muay Thai, Katonah (a taoist/hatha based yoga), and her own Self-guided energetic practices. She has studied Taoist theory, Classical, BTB, and Form school Feng Shui in NYC, London and China. Her work is infused with a deep devotion to her own internal Muses while referencing her embodied experience of these practices and philosophies.

Love from clients:

“When I first got my own apartment for the first time, I had a lot of pressure on myself to “decorate” it in the “correct” way and that was really scary. But then I met Kyle! And instead of encouraging me to think about designing in any sort of niche or pinteresty way, Kyle really got to know who I was. She prompted me to explore how I personally use space and want to fill my apartment with ME. Through Kyle’s observations and questioning around who I was, the whole apartment fell into place. I could not have created my home that I live into today without Kyle. I’m so grateful for the expertise, the listening ear, and the compassion Kyle gave me in that really stressful time of beginning a new chapter living alone in a new apartment with only white walls. I am eternally grateful for Kyle and could not recommend her offerings more.”

“Kyle is a master! I am a feng shui practitioner and I worked with Kyle and was blown away at how much I was rejecting parts of my home. I took all of her advice and within a month major shifts. Work with her, the blind spots are what kill you.”

-Bryce K.

“I gained so much from Kyle's Winter breathwork series! I found the daily practices to be accessible, powerful, and invigorating. Kyle's teaching style made me feel comfortable and like I could trust my body, and I learned a lot about how the breath moves through our bodies, how it's connected to the seasons, ways I can work with my energy, and more. I'm looking forward to doing more breathwork with Kyle in the future. “

“Working with Kyle has been one of the most impactful experiences along my journey. Kyle shows up in our sessions with full presence. She is incredibly gracious and generous in how she listens and in the way she gives guidance. Her wisdom is poetry. I always have pen-in-hand in our sessions and look back on my notes in awe of how poignant her words are and how deeply they resonate. The mentorship with Kyle is subtle in that I feel it working, but am not sure how! It’s not about aggressive changes with lots of efforting. It’s about taking loving, thoughtful steps while dissolving what no longer serves. After our sessions I’m struck by how calm I feel and how much more clarity I have. It feels like a nourishing meal or a comforting blanket. I am experiencing shifts in the ways I interact with and perceive the world. Unraveling long-held patterns. And truly claiming my dreams as not just dreams, but realities that I can choose to create. Kyle has helped me tremendously when it comes to creating and holding boundaries, especially as I am a very energetically sensitive person. She has helped me expand my toolkit when it comes to resourcing myself and centering in my power. Our work with both my internal and external landscapes has made me confident in my ability to feel Home wherever I am.”

“Kyle is a superb resource for anyone re-imagining a home, room, office, or any space. Her background in architecture and deep knowledge of the principles of feng shui and Chinese Five Element theory provide a new way of thinking about how best to inhabit a space. For those like me who are visually oriented, Kyle’s techniques and ideas were highly informative. She helped unleash my creativity in thinking through use of materials, furniture layout, and use of space in renovating an entire apartment. She’s a pleasure to work with, and her warm and engaging style enables a powerful dialogue. Her skills help bring one’s true self to the process, with results to match.”
