Every Sunday Feb 8 - March 8 10:30a - 11:45a ET I’ll be hosting a virtual space for those who are in some version of a transitional space with their “work”… longing to create or refine a work world that celebrates their truest expression of self at present. For many that looks like shifting from work that was externally referenced (ex. what they thought they had to do bc of limiting beliefs, social programming, fear of not making enough money) to work that they are centered inside of… that emanates from their unique creative channel (I call the “heart”).

The energies of fear and anxiety are so loud right now that I’m witnessing people carving out space for themselves to slow down, to sit at the hearth of their inner flame and listen, only to get flooded by internal and external fear, anxiety, shame, guilt etc… sending them back into their head, into hyper mobilization, old patterning, a freeze state, cloudiness etc. The reprimanding voice of “I’m doing it wrong” or “I’ve fucked up” is loud for many. The energy it comes from, collectively and/or individually, is loosing form and fighting for its survival, and I’m here to hold space with you to discern it, gently lay it to rest and allow it to dissolve. That may be all you need to experience and hear your internal sun.

I will facilitate, but it is a protected energetic space we will co-create together. I will be responding to the group as we go, listening to instructions for how to guide us in architecting this space. I hope that it will also be an imaginal space that you can energetically visit during the week when you need. I don’t imagine this to be a class, course, or mentorship program. I do offer 1:1 mentorship/intuitive guidance sessions on this topic and I would love to work with you. If you are interested schedule an intro call. There’s an interesting thing that happens when you honor your inner creative light, life-force and give it space to emanate… the denser energy in your field will surface to be cleared and make more room for your true essence. “lower” energy will always give way to “higher” energy.

• Show up with an honest intention to pour love and attention to the most authentic stream of self within you.

• Be willing to let the heart lead and let the mind play a supporting role.

• Be willing to speak from the heart and listen from the heart.

• Actively practice observing and releasing thought forms of judgement.

• Permission what is “not you” to gently fall away.

• Be curious and open to deeper levels of trust… there are many reasons why I’ve named this group “Sun” but one is in tarot deck it holds a deep meaning and invitation of trust

My intention is for this to be a space to see and be seen in the rawness of what is emerging. That can “look” however you’d like. Maybe it’s simply a loud exhale or hum from your heart. Or a doodle of regulation in your journal while processing something. You can choose to have camera on or off and use the space in whatever way serves you best.

A protected space for gathering, grounding, sharing, releasing, trusting…

I will be intuitively responding to the group and I do not have an agenda planned but below are a few things that I’ve witnessed in myself and working 1:1 with clients that we may touch on:

• constructing a protected energetic space (this we will do 4 sure)

• trust

• responsibility: what is my domain? where do I have the ability to respond

• paralysis and negative thought forms: why? what do I do?

• creating from mental space vs heart space

• going against the energy flow of the masses and the “I’m doing it wrong” voice or visceral experience

• making direct contact with “what I actually want to do” vs. a diluted version

• laughter, play and curiosity are valued

• self worth, enoughness
