spring almost shifting into summer! I wanted this one to be dynamic to move stagnation (spring correlated with liver qi and if imbalanced can lead to stagnation/frustration) as well as some backhanding to open up give some space for that liver. and breath of joy to prep us for entering into the season of the heart summer!
